A smarter process for matching franchise buyers with franchise brands.
Franverity turns franchise interest into structured deal flow by qualifying buyers, organizing franchise brand data, matching candidates to opportunities, activating franchisors, and tracking deals through the process.
Built on transparency. Powered by better matching.
Franchisors join the Franverity network by creating a structured franchise profile and agreeing that, if a qualified buyer introduced by Franverity completes a franchise purchase, the franchisor will pay Franverity a referral commission. We believe buyers deserve to understand exactly how the process works and how Franverity is compensated.
Every participating franchisor is evaluated using the same proprietary AI matching methodology. Commission rates are not a matching factor and do not increase or decrease a brand's visibility or ranking. Our matching engine evaluates objective criteria such as investment range, ownership model, financial fit, geography, experience, and buyer preferences to identify opportunities that may be a better fit.
When a buyer requests an introduction, Franverity documents and tracks the referral through the platform. If the buyer ultimately purchases a franchise from a participating brand, the franchisor pays the previously agreed referral commission to Franverity. Qualified buyers may also be eligible for the Franverity $5,000 Buyer Rebate, regardless of which participating franchisor they choose, subject to the program terms and applicable law.
Franchisors Join
Participating franchisors create detailed brand profiles and agree to pay Franverity a commission only when a Franverity introduction results in a completed franchise purchase.
AI Matches Buyers
Every participating brand is evaluated using the same proprietary matching criteria. Commission rates never influence match quality, rankings, or recommendations.
Introductions & Tracking
Franverity documents introductions, tracks deal progress, collects commissions from participating franchisors after qualifying transactions close, and may provide eligible buyers with a $5,000 rebate.

Candidate requirements
Franchise brand data is structured before matching.
Franverity organizes franchise brand information so buyers can evaluate opportunities with better context and franchisors can receive candidates who more closely fit their model.
Brand data may come from FDD information, public franchise databases, franchisor submissions, and internal brand profiles.
Every match should come with a reason.
Franverity is designed to show why a brand may be a good fit, what factors support the match, and what issues a buyer should consider before requesting an introduction.
Financial fit
Does the buyer’s capital profile align with the brand’s investment range?
Market fit
Does the buyer’s location or target market align with brand availability?
Ownership fit

Evaluation
The buyer reviews brand materials, completes discovery, validates the opportunity, and evaluates fit.
Close
Deal status is tracked through agreement signing and closing where applicable.
How franchise matching works with Franverity.
Franverity helps prospective franchisees and franchisors connect through a structured franchise matching process. The process begins with buyer profile creation and candidate qualification. Buyers share information about capital, geography, timeline, ownership preferences, industry interests, experience, and risk tolerance.
Franverity then uses franchise brand data, FDD intelligence, public franchise information, franchisor submissions, and brand profiles to support better matching. The system is designed to evaluate whether a candidate may fit a brand based on investment range, territory availability, ownership model, business type, risk alignment, and timing.
When a potential match is identified, Franverity can support brand activation, introductions, deal tracking, and broker network workflows. The goal is to create better qualified conversations for buyers and franchisors.
Franchise Matching Questions
Is Franverity a franchise directory?
No. Franverity is designed as a matching and deal flow platform, not a simple franchise listing directory.
Do buyers have to create a profile?
Yes. A profile is required because the matching process depends on buyer goals, capital, geography, timeline, and ownership preferences.
How are brands matched to buyers?
Matches are based on structured buyer profile information and franchise brand data such as investment range, ownership model, geography, territory availability, and risk profile.
What happens if a matching brand is not active yet?
Franverity can invite the brand to activate under broker terms before releasing the qualified candidate introduction.
Can franchisors join the network?
Yes. Franchisors can join the Franverity broker network to receive qualified candidate opportunities when there is a potential match.
Does AI make the final decision?
No. AI can help structure data, support matching, and explain fit, but buyers and franchisors must make their own decisions and complete appropriate diligence.
